[SERIOUS] Looking for 3 D3+ to start a team. Also in need of coach and analyst.

Hello boards! I am currently looking for D3+ players who want to be part of a serious and dedicated team. Since we will be starting this team fresh, it's advised that we take all the time we need to build synergy and teamwork among the final roster. The goal i want to reach with this team is Challenger in ranked 5's. As soon as we reach that, i will have more planned for the team in the future. Here are the roles i am currently looking for:

Top: Open Mid: Open Jungle: Open ADC: Filled(Me, D4) Support: Filled(Masters)

The way i plan on holding these tryouts is as follows:

Once I have found the 3 remaning roles we will play a series of ranked 5s games. There will be 3 cuts.

First cut: First two weeks of games played together is completed. I will analyze the current state of the team and use that to measure who shows promise in future games. This week will be the time to be able to mesh together with everyone and build chemistry within the team.

Second Cut: Third/Fourth week of games played together is completed. We will be going over things like P&B phase, team compositions, lane swaps, and so on. By now, the team should have a good grasp of how each other plays and to be able to work around it.

Third Cut: Fifth/Sixth week of games played together is completed. This will be all about trial and error. Every game counts. By this time i will already have a good feeling about who makes the team or not.
