Mature (40+), West Coast, Sup LF Like minded team.

This will be difficult to find, but I am looking for a team that needs another member. Looking to play on a regular basis with the goal being ranked play at a high level. Here's where it gets difficult. I'm looking for the following.

age 35+ preferably 40+ but there aren't many of us out there. I am 47 and have been gaming for longer then most people here have been alive. West Coast USA. Gaming hours between 4pm and 12:30am PST Willing to teach and grow together as a team. Committed players that want to compete in ranked matches NO DRAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fun Friendly Environment but with the idea that when the game's on.. it's on. Teamspeak, Ventrillo or like voice program. I don't care what rank you currently are, Bronze 5 to god mode doesn't matter as long as we can game together on a daily basis. I am currently most comfortable playing Support but am willing to learn any position that the team would need. Am willing to put the team together if there isn't already a team formed if I can find enough of the above mentioned. Did I mention, NO DRAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good sportsmanship a MUST and no handles that would make me embarassed to say I know you NO ABSOLUTELY NO RACIST ATTITUDES! ZERO TOLERANCE for it! Politics, religion, and current events are not discussed. Do it on your own time.

Now I realize the chances of finding something like this are extremely low, and if there is a group out there that has all this there's probably a waiting line to join. I'm pretty easy going, patient and willing to commit but the above mentioned are gleaned from years of doing this and aren't really up for negotiation. Can't find it if you don't ask, so here I am asking.
