Recruiting for a new Ranked Team - [Plat +] - [LF Players and Staff]

Hi, everyone I am a plat 5 adc main looking to create a dedicated and determined ranked team with set schedules and practices. I am looking to get together some like-minded people who are willing to put time and effort into a ranked team and will be willing to take this team as far as we can go. So if you are not serious enough then this is not for you. And finally punctuality is key and will be valued highly.

**Requirements for players: **

  • Must be Plat+
  • Must be 16+
  • be able to deal with negative players and not exhibit such qualities yourself (Zero Toxicity policy)
  • can give and take constructive criticism without hard feelings
  • seriously want to climb
  • has voice communications and working mic
  • punctuality(must be online and not away/ingame when for scrims/ranked/meetings)
  • and last but not the least, enjoys and can have fun

Requirements for coach/ Analyst:

  • good game knowledge and understanding of meta, champions, mechanics and decision making
  • Can help to build synergy between the players and make game plans
  • can give criticism and be able to guide players to improve
  • must be up to date with the current meta/ strategy/ champions/ item builds etc
  • new coaches/ analysts are welcomed

I can play the vast majority of competitive picks. I'd prefer not to play some, but I can play pretty much anything. The reason I'm giving such a vague answer is that my last top champs (ali, thresh, leona) are champs I'm not playing much atm. Janna, Nami, Braum, etc. are more my current picks Can you make the following times?: I'm a self-employed academic ghost writer. I work for myself. As such, I can basically make any time work. However, I do need advanced notification and a bare minimum of one night off. I want to play, but I can't have it consume my life. Shot calling ability(1-10): Micro - 3/10 macro 7/10. I've called for two teams in the past. Any prior team experience?: Yes. I've played tons of teams during the past three seasons.
