Support / Mid / Jungle LF A Serious Ranked Team

Hello, I'm currently Plat IV this season, Diamond IV last season. I main Support but can perform well with Mid / Jungle as well. I have every champion, and I can play most of them well.

My top 5 champions for Support are: Thresh, Janna, Morgana, Alistar, Gragas Top 5 for Mid: Annie, Syndra, Cassiopeia, Diana, Cho'Gath Top 5 for Jungle: Hecarim, Vi, Diana, Gragas, Nautilus (Note that I can play more champions on each role those are just my best 5)

I have a Mic so I can teamspeak or whatever you use.

I have tons of free time so schedule of the team probably won't matter to me.
