As boring as it is, play 1 champ..over and over and over and over. And only that one champ. To the point where you know every matchup, cool downs, trading, etc and it is almost guaranteed you will win lane. ADC and support will have the biggest influence on the game, as winning lane means 2 of you are ahead, instead of 1. This is what I did with Poppy support (pre-nerf) and ended up winning 17 straight games with her, which took me from b3-s5 in that stretch.
