Looking for group to play with regularly

I haven't been playing league that much lately and I think I know why. It's because I don't have anyone to play and talk with. I use video games as a social thing and I just can't enjoy league anymore unless I'm playing with someone. I don't want to join some huge gaming community because even though they may have thousands of people in their clan, they only have like six in the team speak and they're not on that regularly. I'm just looking for some people I can build a friendship with. I'm not on that regularly but after school starts I'm hoping to be on everyday, at least for a few hours. So I'm looking for a group or I'm looking to build a group of friends that I can share my love of league with and maybe even some other games. I would prefer people with a mic and some form of communications. I use curse voice.
