Tired of solo que and lack of communication. Help me form a good team!

Hey everybody! I've been searching the boards randomly for a team to join but I don't really fit in with all the silver and gold players who demand practice (lol). Hit up my op.gg if you want more info, but here's what I've got: -I'm plat 2 climbing fast. Finished season 4 in bronze, and after the long haul out of silver I shot through gold and low plat. -Jungle main :D I like ad bruisers as well as Elise (who's op af rn), and can play tanks well because they're extremely easy. What I'm looking for: A team who's skill level is close to mine.
