[LFM] Gold to Low Plat Team, 3 Days a week, Not a New Start Up

Hello everyone, My name is VoitreX, Before I get into the team specs, I would like to tell you about my self. I've played league for about 4 years, Been getting into it seriously as of late, for a few months I was making about 50-60 dollars in RP a month. I play top lane, even though my solo charts do not show it, I find it relatively hard to carry top lane, but my champ pool is over 20 champs. I play with aggression, much like C9s style of capturing objectives over kills. My longest team lasted 3 months and got to plat im looking to beat that record.

Now onto the team, this team has been around for about 4 months with a revolving door of roster changes, as I look for that synergy. We are a West coast team, so our practice times will be about 8pst-11pst, we may start sooner depending on members, days of practice are negotiable, after about a month or so after we gain full trust and communication we should move onto tournament play. This offers a greater test and free rewards most of the time. We will be running TeamSpeak as our VOIP. Now for what I expect in applicants, Gold+ (silver 1 high LP accepted too, although the higher the better), The ability to be kind but still objective and critical of mistakes, a drive to learn, and most of all a holistic mindset that will work well with mine and others like mine.
