Lf Duo Gold last season

Hello everyone Ive been in a rut as of late. I play top, mid, and jungle proficiently, Highest rank has been P5, I made gold last season from s4 in under 40 games, Ive been on a rough streak. I generally win lane and do well but have been having trouble actually winning games. Looking for a duo who is either in the same boat as me or empathizes, please have been in gold before (pref for a significant amount of time, Ive been gold for 3 seasons) and have a mic for coms.
