Looking for players to Grind through gold!

Basically I am consistantly getting terrible and toxic players on my teams when i solo que and am having trouble getting out of G5. I was G1 last season and want to get plat but I cant do that if my team is holding me back. Preferably looking for people who may be playing on smurfs or have previous experience playing at the plat and diamond elo. Comment here and add me in game if interested. I main support but can play ADC as well.
