Looking for ranked team silver top laner

I have over a thousand games won so I know a little bit about the game. Don't really want to be shot caller but will if we have nobody else. 99 percent of the time I do not tilt. I know every game is winnable so I try not to waste my time flaming other people in chat. I'm a dedicated player looking for a team that wants climb the ladder. Most of the rank teams I've been a part of fall apart before they reach a week in. I don't want a team that will disband after getting a bad placement. Just climb the ladder and try to have fun. Must have mic (communication is key). Message me if any of this sounds interesting to you.
