TMG is looking for a Top Laner, ADC, Support, and a team captain(who plays one of those roles)

Hello everyone, True Minded Gaming is looking for Silver-Gold players to fill the roster of our newest team, TMG Blood Kings. We currently have a Silver 4 Mid laner and a Silver 5 jungler, and we are looking for Silver-Gold players to play Top, ADC, and Support. We also need a player who is willing to be captain of the team as well as playing on the team. Being a captain would mean you would have to lead constructive arguments with players after the game, and have control over the roster. IGN: DraslordNA Age: 24 Position(if you want to be captain as well please specify): Support Rank: Plat S4, Gold 1 S5, Gold 5 S6 (took a early break) Strengths in game: I am a very committed player, I am always looking to get better as a player and as person. Ingame I have a strong map awareness, vision control, and occasional shot calling. Weaknesses in game: Sometimes I try to make plays that I believe would work, and don't always do. How would you describe your communication and shotcalling(1-10) - A rough guess is 9/10 and 4/10 Anything extra you would like to add: Once on a team that everyone is committed to playing I dedicate myself a lot in. I'm also a military vet with PTSD, so sometimes I have to be reminded to chill.

IGN: Mishapocalypse Age: 23 Position(if you want to be captain as well please specify): Top Rank: Silver 1 Strengths in game: TP usage, map awareness, split pushing, and flanks for team fights Weaknesses in game: Sometimes more passive early game than is necessary. Would rather go even in a lane in cs than gamble for a lead. (some people want an aggressive carry top laner and I would rather exert pressure through lane manipulation and farm up for objectives and team fights) How would you describe your communication and shotcalling(1-10): Communication 8/10. I'm very quick to report advantages or state of game to my team mainly due to my vision control and side wave management. Shot calling 3/10. I'm much better when being directed to start a play than actually starting it myself. Sometimes this leads to me being a little over eager. Anything extra you would like to add: Best champs include Mundo, poppy, shen, trundle, graves, and swain.

Weaknesses in game: When jungler ganks me first, I tend to lose lane more frequently than if I just had a 1v1 lane. I've also played on a variety of teams and even owned one or two, I've participated in a multitude of tournaments ranging from the NotSoStocked amateur to a Private ARAM tournament.

I've shotcalled in the past but I sometimes forget to speak up and that leads to mis-communications, would enjoy if others could be captain but I will if I have to.
