Looking for a team that will Pierce the ELO!!!

So I'm Bronze 2 jungle main and I want to climb elo, but solo queuing sucks cause i'm always match with people who don't know when to commit and when to run away. I feel like bronze is a tier where if the enemy is winning, there's no hope of a comeback, but anyways. I am looking for some players who are willing to play with me and all that good stuff. I used either discord or curse, whichever you guys have.
