Looking for a good comp for a noob team

I'm looking for suggestions for a team comp.

The champs should be simple to play, the strategy should be easy to understand, and hopefully the mechanics can be pulled off by east coast bronze players.

Ideally I'd like to avoid something like a late game Nasus carry where one member has the majority of the responsibility for closing the game. Maybe something like a poke/seige comp or a split push comp would be decent, rather than a pick comp.
