We are looking for people that can help us to work and synergize together as well as help everyone grow as the team. Do know that this is voluntary work but however we would prefer if you can meet majority of the following requirements:

Requirements for coach/ Analyst:

  • Good game knowledge and understanding of meta, champions, mechanics and decision making
  • Can help to build synergy between the players and make game plans
  • Can give criticism and be able to guide players to improve
  • Must be up to date with the current meta/ strategy/ champions/ item builds etc
  • Be able to make at least 2 days out of Monday-Thursday: 7.30-10.30pm on weekdays (6.30-9.30pm CST) (4.30-7.30pm PST)

I might be down to give this a go. I'm not a pro, by any even moderate shot in the dark, however I feel confident in my game knowledge and analyzing skills. Maybe we can chat and do some preliminary coach screenings and go from there?
