Top Laner Wanting to Join a Ranked 5's team.

I've been maining top lane for a very long while.
I play J4 mostly, Gnar, Jayce, Darius. I have early game struggles (with J4 only) but at 6 I am a play maker. I also counter gank mid constantly. I'm 18 and have a microphone and willing to communicate through a TS3 server or similar application. I ward. I don't sound like a little kid either so+1 points there.
