Previous Gold Team recruiting for new team! - Dedicated Players Only!!

Last season we were a Gold II ranked team that has now disbanded due to scheduling issues. So were making a new team with some new faces. Most of the guys are still around and will be subs for the team if we need them. But we want to create a new core 5 together to practice and get ready for tournament play.

Requirements

• Silver+ Rank
• Practice 9pm-12am EST - Sunday, Monday and Thursday - Near 100% attendance
• Proper champion pool for your role
• Skype
• ZERO TOXIC BEHAVIOR.

Understand this is a team. We move as a team, work as a team and learn as a team. We don't rage at each other. We listen to calls. If the call seems bad to you? Doesn't matter. Follow it. We learn from our mistakes. If the call was bad, we know, and it won't happen again. No hesitation. If you are told to go in. you go in. 60% of Ranked 5s issues is not following calls.

Understand we plan to get a high rank and really see what we can do with this team. 1 step at a time. Not expecting LCS. But we do want to continually get better and better.
