What you should know - - -

1. We practice. We don't just join games and play and hope to win every time - We work on comps, we watch replays, we talk about builds and what we could of done better. We work on match ups.

2. We listen. Our shot caller makes a call, you do it. Even if we die or the call was stupid we have learned to listen to the call and trust in the judgement. If the call was wrong, we talk about it later. We don't rage about it, we don't ignore it because we disagree with it. We are a team and go when told too.

3. We have fun. We are not toxic, we don't worry about mistakes because we all take criticism and try to not make that mistake again. We laugh and enjoy the fact we all know we are very serious about our play to the point we don't need to nag each other.

4. We show up. Our game times are set, we expect you to make our times. We aren't late and we communicate if we can't make it. We all plan to be on for that time. So don't waste our time by not showing.

5. We work on Champs. If we want to run a certain comp and think you should play X Champ. You practice X Champ. We don't expect you to be pro on it right away. But at least try it out for the sake of the team. If it doesn't work or you don't fit that style. We scrap the idea. Not everyone can play everything.

6. We practice solo. We don't just want people who only get on for practice and never play any other time. We enjoy ARAM, Team Builder and just practicing on our own in SoloQ to get better all the time. We want active friends. Not mindless teammates.
