~~ New Serious Team 5s Team - For those that enjoy team over solo! ~~

I'm going to try and keep this as simple as possible. Currently my friend and I are looking to create a new team that will focus on actually becoming a highly competitive team. This means that ever game we will have strategies and champion ideas in mind to go forth with. Not this random pick a comfort champ. We are here to practice and build team comps. Even if players have to take time to learn new champions.

If you want to actually not be a scrub in this game and want to learn then please be able to do the following if you want to join this team.

1. Dont rage. Accept your mistakes, listen to the criticism your teammates will give you and move on. if you can't handle someone telling you what you did wrong. Not for you.

2. Be ready to learn new champions and play styles. Some games we might have you front line, others peeling. Accept that you will have different roles and do your best to practice them.

3. Willing to learn and master champions our team believes will win us games.

4. Can play often and not be distracted between games easily. We want to use our time wisely. Not have 100 breaks.

5. Willing to practice mechanics and champions on your own time. As a team, we do team things. But to become very good you need to practice away from the team too!

6. Have a massive understanding of the game. Just because you might be silver ranked doesn't mean you suck. We all know good players may just not have the time to rank up. So make sure you know your shit if you want to be on this team. That way we can team fight better and rotate cleaner.

7. Listen to your shot caller!!

8. Must have Skype and be able to play from 9pmish to 1amish Eastern.

9. NO CHILDREN!!! -- Being a teen age 15-18 is fine. But don't be an annoying little puke with a squeaky voice. If you plan to apply as a younger aged person. Please understand the following... - No Bed times - No getting grounded - No I have to go to dinner - Be mature - Don't be a know it all. Just learn and form ideas if you think you can present to the team new strategies and so forth.

10. Enjoy the game. - Want to play LCS style teams. They are pros, I never grew up learning how to throw a ball improperly just to make it easier. I didn't learn to kick a ball with my face. So why would we practice like a bronze 5 team? Be ready to love new strats and be ready to practice them 5 times even if they always fail. Shit doesn't always work the first time. GIVE IT TIME!!
