plat III LF morning team

you had one then you removed us not really sure why

that particular team, i gave a honest effort in making it work. sadly was also going through a weak point in being sick at the time. but i felt that with a player leaving, and with another player on the verge of leaving. and mediocre performance from each role in there own special way, felt the team could not be built in the image needed for myself to be a successful player.

top laner = strongest part of the team, but was going to be leaving due to work reasons, but still feel he was productive and was happy with his performance mid laner = care free and jokester personality, but actual player performance was sub-par at best and biggest liablity due to not having the ability to play lane properly. jungler = tilted easy, did not adapt to the new meta the greatest, limited champion pool, tendancies to play feast or famine style. support = solid individual, left team due to irl reasons, lacked ability to create players more of a follower then playmaker, lacked the ability to adapt and protect his adc. adc = questionable laner, easily picked and out of position which would make for loss in objectives, but when vision was clear and the team was able to protect properly, i still believe he has amazing team fight potential as a player, just lacks gameknowledge and how to position to allow his team to protect.

thats how i viewed the team, i was the jungler in that team, and i felt a massive burden on each game to have an A+ performance or the game was going to be a loss, and even if i played well, it could still be a long day. but having that mindset and being forced into that role as team leader / playmaker / playcaller, i felt i was dealing with 4 robots and myself when it came to getting something done. i feel that playcalling is needed and is important, but i also believe that the team is suppose to work as a unit and also have the ability to play there roles and think for themselves.

tbh, gotta admit thats some strong feedback, and sry if it stings, but i think the little time i did spend with you guys i hope you guys learned something, i just felt that the players did not possess the ability to learn.

also, i did not enjoy having to recruit, i just enjoy playing, so maybe i can be the final cog missing on a team that also happens to fit my schedule. it doesnt bother me too much however, got plenty of accounts to play on, and currently plat 3 so i guess i can work on my solo que or broadening my champion pool. also am enjoying the top lane a bit, so maybe a swap on role would be nice idk.
