Looking for players for semi serious team

gave this a shot in the past, and it did well however, mistakes were made and have grown from the experience.

What im looking for in players

1. commitment

2. ability

3. teachable

4. understanding

5. creativity

6. commitment - the ability to show up consistantly, knowing your apart of a group that is making a legitimate effort for organized gameplay

7. ability - im looking for players who already are capable of playing the game and understand the nuances that this game has (gold-plat)

8. teachable - understand everyone has someone better than themselves and are able to look at themselves and find ways of upgrading on a day to day basis.

9. understanding - understand?

10. creativity - this team is not meant for 100% winrate, this team is meant for organized gameplay and also having fun but not giving up the tryhard attitude.

Schedule

M = 11am-2pm est T = off day W = 11am-2pm est th = off day F = 11am-2pm est weekends = off day

Roles top = ??? mid = ??? supp = ???? adc = ???? jung = ????

currently everything is on the table i consider myself proficient at each role so im not too choosing, however i do prefer some over the other but will not say no to a proven player.

goal of the team is not to WIN, the goal of the team is to play well, execute well and understand how to play a clean game of league. i will be making the calls if i feel surrendering is the right call. but understand this team is not meant for going to diamond/master/challenger. this team idc if its only bronze. the goal of this team is to learn as a group to play good organized team league.

Warnings

1. i will decline players
2. i will kick players off this team that are not effective
3. there will be downtime while the team selection is going on
4. i will not care about lag, if you lag alot im sorry but your a hazard to the other 4 players relying on you
5. there will be jokes, i will poke fun and hope you poke fun also i do not want mentally weak players.
