LF BR/SI/GO PLAYERS WHO KNOW HOW TO WIN GAMES TO CLIMB TO GOLD

I am an S3 TOP MAIN who knows how to win games but I need a team. 65% WR on Darius. 55% WR OVERALL. I am tired of watching random teams throw games. I dont have the time to spam endless games to climb and it simply isnt necessary to do so. I know how to call shots and you should too if you plan on adding me. Im not carrying anyone. I expect team mates to be efficient in their mechanics, team fighting skills, cs'ing, survivability, laning phases, WARDING, focusing down major threats quickly and prioritization of direction.

[IE: If 2-3 enemy champs are down and we have a level/gold advantage then I want to see the whole team taking a mid tower (and/or inhibitor) before anyone even thinks about going dragon or baron.]

Make plays to win the game. DO NOT make plays just to make plays. Understand that the longer the game is allowed to go on, the more any potential advantage will diminish. I want to win games fast and efficiently. There is absolutely no need to make the same mistakes over and over again. We WILL have communications at all times and one person will call shots for the team.

I am not trying to interview people and make a formal team. I just want to build a group of reliable players that can run ranked with me and each other whenever we are online. Prove to me that you know what you are doing and I will add you to my group. It is true that you cant win every game but a loss here or there is no big deal. I just dont want to alternate between winning and losing so frequently that we dont actually make any progress because that is stupid and a waste of time for everyone.
