Looking for ADC Flex Team (Serious) S3-P5

I have been playing support since season 3 and a support main on 2 teams one back in season 3 and my own started in season 5. I am looking to start a new team for season 7. I am doing tryouts for this new team. We presently have a Support, Middle, Top, Jungle (who we are giving a trial) as well as Coaches from the previous team.

The goals of my team are for everyone to improve at the game and work together to see where we can get. We have had huge problems in past teams where we would find someone and then they would constantly not show up to practice without telling anyone anything with this in mind we will have a no tolerance for this type of behavior. We cannot find a sub if we do not know you are not going to be in attendance. Even telling us there is a chance you are going to be late or unable to attend lets us set up a backup plan should you not show up. I do not want to see another solid team fall apart at its peak because of a lack of motivation or accountability.

Lowest Silver III Highest Plat V (at best) We want to have a scrim day and a review day. There's no set schedule but we cannot practice before 9:30 EST on weekdays.
