Serious Ranked Team Needing S1-P5 ADC

We play Sat Monday Tuesday 8:45cst and Sun 4:15cst

I have been playing support since season 3 and a support main on 2 teams one back in season 3 and my own started in season 5. I am looking to start a new team for season 7. I am doing tryouts for this new team. We presently have a Support, Middle, and Jungle Sub as well as Coaches from the previous team.

The goals of my team are for everyone to improve at the game and work together to see where we can get. We have had huge problems in past teams where we would find someone and then they would constantly not show up to practice without telling anyone anything with this in mind we will have a no tolerance for this type of behavior. We cannot find a sub if we do not know you are not going to be in attendance. Even telling us there is a chance you are going to be late or unable to attend lets us set up a backup plan should you not show up. I do not want to see another solid team fall apart at its peak because of a lack of motivation or accountability.

We have in the past had a system for where you needed to play 10 games of ranked solo/duo q every week. I feel we will more than likely have this a rule however as we do not have the entire roster I can't say for certain. But playing on this team will take a significant amount of time. This is not a casual team.

At present I have plans to be the shot caller. For voice we will use a discord server. For coaches we have a Head coach, General Coach, and Bot Coach. Every week we will be scrimming against the coaches. These are tough games that can really frustrate a player, however I think they are invaluable to play against. People who can’t deal with losing games should not join this team when we scrim against the coaches we will most likely be losing pretty consistently. However these games force us to improve. After the scrims we will watch the replay and discuss. I have yet to figure out if we will watch our replays for our 5’s games right after we play them to review, at the end of the night when we have played all the games we are going to play, or on a set day for review. Whichever we go with we will be reviewing. The implementation of the new replay system will make this process more accessible to everyone and I expect everyone to review their own games as they see fit.

Why do you want to join this team? I have been looking for a team to play with as that is the most fun I have in league. What are your preferred role(s)? ADC, MID What champions do you play? Jhin, Varus, Jinx, and Ezreal our my main few atm, but can play others. Are you willing to alter your champion pool based on the current meta/patch? Very much so. What is your current rank? Gold 4 What is your peak rank? Plat 4 Can you follow the current schedule? Tues I cannot and every other Sun I cannot. I'm really hoping for some way we can work this out. Theatious How old are you? 26 What is your play-style in the bot lane? I play off my support taking minion based and spell based trades when necessary What are your strengths and weaknesses? My biggest strength is knowing champions spells / CDS ( knowledge of all match ups) My biggest weakness is not being able to work with every support. I.E. I am not adept in playing with new supports every game.
