Looking for Jungle Flex Team (Serious) S3-P5

The goals of my team are for everyone to improve at the game and work together to see where we can get. We have had huge problems in past teams where we would find someone and then they would constantly not show up to practice without telling anyone anything with this in mind we will have a no tolerance for this type of behavior. We cannot find a sub if we do not know you are not going to be in attendance. Even telling us there is a chance you are going to be late or unable to attend lets us set up a backup plan should you not show up. I do not want to see another solid team fall apart at its peak because of a lack of motivation or accountability.

Lowest Silver III Highest Plat V (at best) We want to have a scrim day and a review day. There's no set schedule but we cannot practice before 9:30 EST on weekdays.

I have no interest in joining but those are a lot of questions, just looking at that makes me not even think about joining. Like "why do I want to join your team", do you really need to ask someone that. What do you expect people to answer, "I want a team to play with" or "I am silver but I've been stuck here because of teammates, I usually play with diamond friends and do rather well". Just felt like sharing my opinion and at least this will bump your post for future candidates.
