Seeking for someone with web design/development skills (Ideally entry level)

Besides the basic HTML/CSS skills, I don't have a lot of web design/developmental skills to put to test. However, I have a fantastic idea for a project that we can work on that is League related. If successful, this project would be a great addition to your repertoire. My goal of this project is to create a resource that would benefit the League community and learning/exercising web developmental/design skills. I hope you also have very similar goals and aspirations as I do.

I would prefer someone who is passionate about League of Legends (especially ranked play), interested in applying their acquired web design/developmental skills, and is extremely committed to create a resource that would benefit the League community.
