Need Help Silver 1 promos.

Hey everyone, I could really use some help. I've lost my gold promos 6 times. Six. Once more than 5. It's gotten to the point where I've actually fallen down to silver 1 16 ip. It's been frustrating, but I am desperately trying to make it into gold before season's end November 11th. If anyone could find some time to help me out I would really appreciate it. I main jg but fill out roles well. Anyways, any help is welcome. Thanks, and best of luck to you all in your own games.
