High Silver Or Gold Duo partner?

Hey everyone I'm a Silver 4 player looking for a duo partner who is either High Silver or Gold. I've been playing since the beginning of season 3 and have over 900 wins in normal. I want to get to gold, i'm a strong jungler and am a good support as well. If you'd like to play some games with with me add me and just tell me you read my post. If you want to play some normals first to make sure I'm not a scrub that's fine but It'd be nice to go into ranked with someone who I know can carry games. please consider :D
