Creating Normal Ranked Team -Silver or Gold only- Favor Teambuilder and Learning

What I wanna create is something different. A team that wanna learn BUT still want to win the game while doing so.

While Teambuuilder is good to learn a new champ, I find it hard for the otehers playmate to cover for you if you do mistake. ESPECIALLY if all of us playnew champs OR in different role then they are used to.

I want to make a team that will have a good communication and listen to each other advices. Also, their would be one strick rule:

ONLY 1 of US CAN PLAY A CHAMPION WE ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH AT THE SAME TIME.

. The game would have to be at 24h30 (Atlantic time) during the week so 21h30 Pacific Time.

Role: Support, Top and can mid. Goal: Try new role, want to learn how to counter champion effectively and maybe learn in the Jungle. Rank: Silver Champion pool:

Strengths: Map Awareness, good communication, teamwork

Weaknesses: Lack of knowledge of champions I dont play.
