[LFM] - [SERIOUS] - Looking for a TOP and COACH for a serious and dedicated ranked team

Hi, everyone I am a gold 4 adc main looking to create a dedicated and determined ranked team with set schedules and practices. This team will have fixed practice/ playing times so please consider your availability before you apply. I am looking to get together some like-minded people who are willing to put time and effort into a ranked team and will be willing to take this team as far as we can go. So if you are not serious enough then this is not for you. And finally punctuality is key and will be valued highly.

Requirements for players:

  • Must be Gold +
  • Must be 18+
  • good game knowledge and understanding (knows what they are doing)
  • takes games seriously and does not mess around in ranked (i can totally have fun, troll around during skirms or practice)
  • can play from behind
  • deal with troll, ragers, toxic people
  • none of the 3 from above themselves
  • can give and take constructive criticism without hard feelings
  • seriously want to climb
  • has voice communications and working mic
  • punctuality(must be online and not away/ingame when for scirms/ranked/meetings)
  • and last but not the least, enjoys and can have fun

  • Must be 18+
  • good game knowledge and understanding of meta, champions, mechanics and decision making
  • Can help to build synergy between the players and make game plans
  • can give critism and be able to guide players to improve
  • must be up to date with the current meta/ strategy/ champions/ item builds etc
  • new coaches/ analysts are welcomed

Strengths: Early laning dominance, warding, roaming and map awareness Weaknesses: Macro management As a 5s team, you will have set practice times. How do we know that you will continue to be able to show up for practices? Undoubtedly I'll be prepared and motivated to practice at these times. There's nothing in my schedule that will interfere with any planed team events or practices In the past, the team has had huge issues with leaving players, and loss of dedication. I am extremely eager to play and interact with a seriously motivated team, as long as others are as motivated and dedicated as me, I'll always be at my 100 percent. Just to leave a comment to this on your application process, the coach for Samsung White was a silver player. Using a platinum+ player doesn't necessarily get you a good coach. You should be more picky and just look for someone with a head for stategy/someone who knows how to create a positive environment and actually coach your squad. Same in general goes for your analysts.
