[LFM] - [SERIOUS] - Looking for a TOP and COACH for a serious and dedicated ranked team

Hi, everyone I am a gold 4 adc main looking to create a dedicated and determined ranked team with set schedules and practices. This team will have fixed practice/ playing times so please consider your availability before you apply. I am looking to get together some like-minded people who are willing to put time and effort into a ranked team and will be willing to take this team as far as we can go. So if you are not serious enough then this is not for you. And finally punctuality is key and will be valued highly.

Requirements for players:

  • Must be Gold +
  • Must be 18+
  • good game knowledge and understanding (knows what they are doing)
  • takes games seriously and does not mess around in ranked (i can totally have fun, troll around during skirms or practice)
  • can play from behind
  • deal with troll, ragers, toxic people
  • none of the 3 from above themselves
  • can give and take constructive criticism without hard feelings
  • seriously want to climb
  • has voice communications and working mic
  • punctuality(must be online and not away/ingame when for scirms/ranked/meetings)
  • and last but not the least, enjoys and can have fun

  • Must be Plat II +
  • Must be 18+
  • good game knowledge and understanding of meta, champions, mechanics and decision making
  • Can help to build synergy between the players and make game plans
  • can give critism and be able to guide players to improve
  • must be up to date with the current meta/ strategy/ champions/ item builds etc
  • new coaches/ analysts are welcomed

Monday-Thursday: 8-11pm on weekdays (7-10pm CST) (5-8pm West Coast) yes Prior Team Experience: Was with a couple teams for months at a time but they werent the right fit Why should you be considered for this role: Its my second year playing this game i have alot of room to grow and im working hard to grow. Im consistent and always looking for ways to improve.

(Orbit, Critical Reaction, and Super Nova) Also have been almost playing on teams constantly since season 3 later Strengths: Keep up cs wise. Keep pressure on the map. Monday-Thursday: 8-11pm on weekdays (7-10pm CST) (5-8pm West Coast) Yes Prior Team Experience: I have been on 3 teams in the past who have let me down by either not practicing on time and all the days they say their available and not taking it seriously. Why should you be considered for this role: I have been playing this game since season 2 and have a ton of game knowledge and been a top lane main ever since ive started playing. i can play almost any top laner, have all the champions and have great communication skills. I have a extremely flexible play style and champion pool to work with and I dont like to rage but can criticize and be criticized if needed to be.
