[LFM] - [SERIOUS] - Looking for a MID laner for a serious and dedicated ranked team

Hi, everyone I am a gold 4 adc main looking to create a dedicated and determined ranked team with set schedules and practices. This team will have fixed practice/ playing times so please consider your availability before you apply. I am looking to get together some like-minded people who are willing to put time and effort into a ranked team and will be willing to take this team as far as we can go. So if you are not serious enough then this is not for you. And finally punctuality is key and will be valued highly.

Requirements:

  • Must be Gold +
  • Must be 18+
  • good game knowledge and understanding (knows what they are doing)
  • takes games seriously and does not mess around in ranked (i can totally have fun, troll around during skirms or practice)
  • can play from behind
  • deal with troll, ragers, toxic people
  • none of the 3 from above themselves
  • can give and take constructive criticism without hard feelings
  • seriously want to climb
  • has voice communications and working mic
  • punctuality(must be online and not away/ingame when for scirms/ranked/meetings)
  • and last but not the least, enjoys and can have fun

Age: 18 (19 in November)

Rank: Platinum (I did not invest much time into playing solo queue this season, but I would say I have a good understanding of ranked 5's and also good mechanical abilities as my old ranked team was ranked high in diamond, we played against challenger players and I had no problem with that.)

Role: Middle Lane

Would you say you main this role: Yes, I prefer middle lane in solo queue and played it as my main role for my old ranked team!

Top champions in the role(5 min): Orianna, Lux, Ahri, Cho' Gath, Veigar

Can you make the following times? Monday-Thursday: 7-10pm on weekdays (6-9pm CST) (4-7pm West Coast) I am free after 6pm PST most weekdays and generally free on weekends.

Prior Team Experience: I used to own and play on my own ranked team. We had played up to diamond but several of our players decided they didn't have enough time to play so we stopped. Strengths: Good at following calls, teamfights, and quick at picking up champions needed for the role.

Weaknesses: I have a very aggresive laning phase which makes me very vulnerable to ganks etc. Me and my old jungler worked out strategies, warding plans and calls to prevent this from being a problem and it worked pretty well.

How do we know that you will continue to be able to show up for practices? Like I said, I left other teams due to lack of dedication. In it to win it, not to fuck around whenever I get bored. -Prior Team Experience: I've been in many teams, serious ones at least 5. Mostly last year, this year I have been a bit absent until a few months ago. Few of the teams failed because of schedules and people's attitudes, but I did really good with one with RL friends, we used to go to LAN tournaments here in South Florida, got first place on our first one too, got to plat 2 on our 5s team from gold 1 in a couple months, schedules were tight too but we managed to stay together for a long time. Then there started being internal problems, mostly with our "captain", so I left.

-Strengths: Good sense of humor, helpful criticism giving and receiving, one thing a lot of teams lack is companionship and loyalty because if a team can't be friends and honest with each other then it can't work very well. I will speak the truth and help the team get better, no stupid arguments that go no where. I also have a big champion pool, a playmaking attitude and can help shot-calling, great communication skills.

-Weaknesses: I am too hard on myself, I tend to punish myself a lot for mistakes I do. I am trying to get better at it.

-As a 5s team, you will have set practice times. How do we know that you will continue to be able to show up for practices? Because I will post my schedule of the days I am able to show up.

-In the past, the team has had huge issues with leaving players, and loss of dedication. In 2 months , how do we know your going to be here? Because I am looking for a dedicated team, of course if people won't put in their part the team won't be around for long, but there's millions of players out there looking for teams, so there's always new options of people to try out.

-Do you understand you will be dropped if you fail to show up on time constantly, especially the first time? Definitely.

-Why do you want to join this team? Because for one, there is an organized application, and the post looks like it was worked on and worded well. It doesn't look like it would be a random lazy team where no one feels like doing anything. Plus I really want to get into a team where people help each other out to improve in game knowledge.
