Hi, everyone I am a gold 4 adc main looking to create a dedicated and determined ranked team with set schedules and practices. This team will have fixed practice/ playing times so please consider your availability before you apply. I am looking to get together some like-minded people who are willing to put time and effort into a ranked team and will be willing to take this team as far as we can go. So if you are not serious enough then this is not for you. And finally punctuality is key and will be valued highly.
Requirements for players:
- Must be Gold +
- Must be 18+
- good game knowledge and understanding (knows what they are doing)
- takes games seriously and does not mess around in ranked (i can totally have fun, troll around during skirms or practice)
- can play from behind
- deal with troll, ragers, toxic people
- none of the 3 from above themselves
- can give and take constructive criticism without hard feelings
- seriously want to climb
- has voice communications and working mic
- punctuality(must be online and not away/ingame when for scirms/ranked/meetings)
- and last but not the least, enjoys and can have fun

- good game knowledge and understanding of meta, champions, mechanics and decision making
- Can help to build synergy between the players and make game plans
- can give critism and be able to guide players to improve
- must be up to date with the current meta/ strategy/ champions/ item builds etc
- new coaches/ analysts are welcomed

Shotcalling ability(1-10): 5
Prior Team Experience: Hundreads of games in douzens of teams
Strengths: Lot of team experience, very good ability to follow shotcalling, never late, very patient, will never rage, very strong laning for high gold, my positioning in team fights is very good + positioning to help peel for ADC (e.g. azir's wall, orianna's shield, ziggs' snatchel, ahri's charm)
Weaknesses: CS'ing undertower vs yasuo, sometimes trying to roam too much and sometimes thinking too much about getting more farm
As a 5s team, you will have set practice times. How do we know that you will continue to be able to show up for practices? My work schedule is stable, i don't mind sharing my cellphone# to ease the communication between practices, i don't do much stuff besides videogames these days
In the past, the team has had huge issues with leaving players, and loss of dedication. In 2 months , how do we know your going to be here? You can never know, that's why it is such a pain to find dedicated players, i can only tell how i know how hard it is because i worked a lot myself on making a team and i know how frustrating it is. By the team I learned that losing is not a problem as long as we keep trying to improve as a team instead of switching to another losing team. Teams I left so far were just inactive or not serious at all.

Why do you want to join this team? Your team looks very serious and structured, all that is needed to get a roaster rolling, i would not even mind being sub for such a team and hope to eventually get in the main roaster.
