[Plat+Diamond]PHXF E-Sports Looking to expand our Coaching + Support Staff [*Serious* *Experienced*]

Hey all, I'll keep this brief and simple, to help benefit our players we decided that an expansion in our coaching and support staff is necessary in giving our players the resources for success on and off the Rift. We're looking mainly for people with experienced resumes working with high elo teams [Diamond/Master/Plat], ** however all applications are reviewed. We are looking for the following roles to be filled, I will give a very brief and general outline of each specific job. (NOTE: None of these jobs offer any form of income at the moment)**

COACHING STAFF

Meta Analyst: Your job on the team is to analyze patch by patch meta, give a rundown on your insights and thoughts on what the champ meta is as well as what the game meta is. Collaborate heavily with the Strategic Coaches. [If you are serious in your application for this spot please include what the meta was patch by patch from 5.1 onward to patch 5.23 (obviously 5.23 will have some speculation which is fine) this should be done in an email format and sent to [email protected]]

Player Performance/Game Analyst: Your job is to analyze each players performance in games in order to help find any errors in their micro game and macro game, analyze if there is any thing that can be improved in item builds, laning, team fight positioning etc. Collaborate heavily with the Head Coaches. Again we're looking for people with experience in higher elo 5s for this job.

2nd Strategic Coach: We need another strategic coach to help with our in-game strats, as well as picks and bans and our draft. Collaborate heavily with the Head Coaches, other Strategic Coaches, as well as the Meta Analysts. Again we're looking for people with experience in higher elo 5s for this job.

SUPPORT STAFF

Team Secretary: For lack of a better definition we'll call this job the secretary. Basically your job is to help our staff and players never miss a scrim, practice, or game due to unknown scheduling.

UPDATE: We successfully drafted Gold III and 5-0 with our starting roster, now as we move into Season 6 we're looking to push ourselves to Plat before the ranked system resets, and then move onto hitting Diamond as a team in Season 6.
