Making Silver Team.

Hi all, made teams in previous season but this season is different. With the growing community events popping up more and more I am looking to build a team that would be capable of entering and do well in these events. I have 4 local LAN events under my belt all of them the team i was on won.

Im a 24 yr old who works a full time job but still finds enough time to play league more than I should, but i still play. I am looking to set the schedule as follows.

Mon - 8pm - 2am practice. Wed - 8pm - 2am practice Fri - Sun - If people are on we will play.

Open Roles:

Top - Open Jun - Open Mid - Open Adc - Open Sup - Filled During LCS weekends we also will review game footage and learn what they do. I will make this simple, if you have an ego, rage like tendancies, toxic in any form or can't handle REAL constructive critism then please do not waste my time. I am not looking for pro players I am looking for players who want to step up to at least make an effort to improve. Please fill out following App.

Main Lane: Bot Lane (support main, adc secondary)

Rank This Season: Silver 5 (S3 last season, made it from b4 to s5 so far)

Main Champs In listed Lane(need at least 3): nami, morg, braum, leona, janna on support -- varus, sivir, draven, graves, corki on adc

Strengths: comms, decision making, part of a comp team before (schedules, comps, practicing, all that stuff)

Weaknesses: early lane aggression

YES Main Lane: ADC Rank This Season: Currently bronze but im carring myself out made 2 divisions in a week so ill be silver soon and probably gold by end on season Main Champs In listed Lane(need at least 3): I play Every Meta ADC at the same Level really but if i had to pick my favorite champs to play : Sivir, Cait, Graves, Strengths: Strong CS, and a strong Lane aswell as i watch a lot of pros and are on top of the meta Weaknesses: May Have Poor Positioning at times and may have a weak team fight every so often Availability to meet set schedule? (if not please list available times) mostly available at thoughs times

(my cass is what my friends know me for and i like her since she plays like an AP adc) Strengths:farming,getting kills, ganking the jungler Weaknesses: getting too fed and then all that gold is wasted =(
