Macro Level Gaming Recruiting players at top, jg, adc, and support

Hey everyone. I am sending this out as a recruitment for a team I will be making once Ranked 5s is back in the game. Riot announced they were probably gonna bring it back and I thought "hey, cool that this is back. Mabye I can try making a team". It will be pretty hardcore and the kind of people I am looking for

1.are open to criticisim, but only give constructive criticism (aka actually telling people what went wrong with something and talking it through with them rather than just saying "oh you messed up, don't mess up next time") 2. Are open to learning a few new champions, 3. have either skype or discord. We are gonna see which one we decide to use once we have our team decided. 4. are not toxic.
