Support Main looking for Friends for all Ranked (Any Rank)

Placed Silver 3 for Solo/Duo. Currently doing Flex Provisionals (6 left 3-1). Would like to play with non-random people, as I see benefit in actually knowing the other people on my team. I am a newer player, but I am learning quickly, and can offer the following:

I am big on vision. LolSumo tells me that I Ward like a boss. I like to keep high traffic zones and objectives lit up because "better information". I rarely tilt and I never quit. I don't steal CS and I try not to take kills unless necessary. I have a decent understanding of the game and the general tactics, though I am still learning. I use pings, or at least try to when needed.
