Lf support to duo ranked Silver

I recently made a post looking for an adc as a support before the start of season 8 but after my first two placement matches I quickly realized that it wasn’t going to work due to my adc in both matches having 19 - 30 cs 9 mins into the game.

Anyways, I am looking for a support to duo with that has a decent level of knowledge when it comes to lane matchups and what is needed to win the game. I love support and I feel it is the most impactful in a silver level game due to the simple fact most players never ward so vision control is very easy to obtain. However when players can’t utilize this and take advantage, it becomes pointless and thus why I am choosing to Adc.

My first adc game in placements I had a mundo support who started Targons and a rejuvenation bead with no pots against an ezreal nami lane making the laning phase impossible due to the lack of sustain and utility a Mundo brings to the lane against such an aggressive ranged support especially with no pots.

I want a support who actually plays supports. I’m all for innovation but if it’s bad it’s just bad and I want to remove the rng factor of getting a player who wants to play garbage.

I also want a support who actually buys a sightstone every game upgrades to red trinket and buys control wards constantly. It feels so stupid to even ask this but over 50% of the games I play the supports don’t do this.

I don’t play normals and I probably won’t use voice comms until we play a few games.

I am getting adds from players who do not main support or have not played it in their match history in over 20+ games and not having hardly any games in season 7. If you don't play support I am not interested in playing. It has nothing to do with your skill, I just am looking for someone to lane with.

Also I should of made this clear before and I apologize, I am not looking for a "smurf" to play with. I want someone to climb with.. In the past I never duo'd with anyone and I want someone in silver to be a consistent partner to climb with.
