Plat jungle/top/support player LF team for ranked 5v5

I'm just looking for a team for ranked 5v5s. I can play jungle, top, or support and I have a pretty wide champion pool. I am comfortable shot calling as well as following others. I have a lot of free time for now and I can usually meet for practice in the evenings and usually weekends are open. I have a mic and discord or mumble, but can download whatever the team uses.

Only thing about the team that's important to me is the possibility of reaching diamond in 5v5s and that we get along.
