ADC looking desperately for coach!

Hey guys, I'm writing this because im officially desperate and need some help. I've been doing well every game, but I've been unable to win almost any ranked game lately. I started out this season in Bronze 2, but im about to be bronze 5 due to how much I'm losing. I'm honestly thinking about giving up on ranked, because ADC"s cant carry and no one wants to listen to shot-calls anyway.....
