Top/ADC looking for some coaching

Hey guys, I'm posting this because I desperately need some help. I'm looking everywhere I can for a decent player in Top or Bot lane that can help me improve. I've been in and out of bronze 5 at least 6 times this season... and was regrettably cut from my last flex team for being unable to get out. I'm honestly just thinking about ditching ranked, but would anyone care to help? Thanks...
