Help needed- Lanning phase

Hello,

I am a jugler main and when I can't jungle well I need to lane. Since the new changes to masteries (not saying that is why I am having a hard time) I fail hard in lane. I can't get an advantage nor can I get on lane kills 1v1 unless my enemy sucks.

I am looking for someone to help me out and give me some constructive criticism to help improve my lanning phase

Add me in game I should be on all day.
