Silver 5 Supp Main looking for serious ranked team

Hello all, I have been playing league since early end of season 3 and am constantly looking to improve. It is hard to find a ranked team around my elo that is serious about improving, and that is my #1 goal, to improve and get better. I have been high silver 3 but have recently hit an awful loss streak, I normally play with high silvers and low golds. My champ pool consists of tankier champs like leona braum and thresh, but I can also bard and nami if called upon. IGN is Ravenclaw697 so add me if you'd like me to play with you guys!
