looking for club or group to learn from

im currently bronze 3 and im really just looking for a group consisting of goldish and up who wouldnt mind playing like norms or something with me so that i can learn most thing to do and not to do because i look at youtube videos on how to go higher in elo but actually being in the game and watching others do along with me is really the only way i can soak in what to do
