Silver 3 LF Silver 3-5 to duo with

I'm mainly looking for a supp to support me as adc to climb the elo hell that is known as silver.

Obviously, nobody gets the position they want every single time so it is required for you to know another position or 2.

Other than adc, i play jungle, top and mid in that order.
