Hi, everyone I am Nirvoy, the Captain of the team and i'm looking to create a dedicated and determined ranked team with set schedules and practices. I am looking to get together some like-minded people who are willing to put time and effort into a ranked team and will be playing in the TMG league. So if you are not serious enough then this is not for you. And finally punctuality is key and will be valued highly.

**Requirements for players: **

  • Must be Gold/Plat
  • be able to deal with negative players and not exhibit such qualities yourself (Zero Toxicity policy)
  • can give and take constructive criticism without hard feelings
  • seriously want to climb
  • has voice communications and working mic
  • punctuality(must be online and not away/ingame when for scrims/ranked/meetings)
  • and last but not the least, enjoys and can have fun

Requirements for coach/ Analyst:

  • good game knowledge and understanding of meta, champions, mechanics and decision making
  • Can help to build synergy between the players and make game plans
  • can give criticism and be able to guide players to improve
  • must be up to date with the current meta/ strategy/ champions/ item builds etc
  • new coaches/ analysts are welcomed

My opinion is a lot of "support" focused players don't support right. That aint right.

What does that mean? time commitment? rank commitment? Ranked teams are no longer a thing since dynamic queue?am I wrong?(as far as 5v5 goes)(3v3 is still a thing) TMG league? link to this information would be useful. Couldn't find too much about it just by looking it up.

Well ranked team generally refers to a serious team and I guess its kinda outdated since Ranked 5v5 are down but you get the idea

Monday-Thursday: 8.30pm - 11.30pm (7.30pm - 10.30pm CST) (5.30pm - 8.30pm PST) Yes I can for those times, Got nothing better much to do (league is love , league if life) Do you have any prior experience in this position: I have been playing this game since late season 2, I've been with a few teams in other tournaments in the past (sadly the squad moved on) and been called one of the best in the tournaments, I have also been playing around with a few celebs in my time and even was in the top gold 5v5 teams in season 5, vsing challengers masters - below teams.
