True Minded Gaming LF Staff(Amateur LCS Series)
True Minded Gaming, an organization that runs an amateur LCS series, is recruiting a few staff positions that we have open. We are currently looking for people who can help the TMG Champions Series grow and improve, and join us on our journey to create the most competitive environment for teams. We are looking for the following positions:
-
Video editors(to make highlights and trailers for our series. Trailers would be for the match of the week and playoffs only, but when things such as penta kills, baron steals, or anything exciting happen, we would like to have basic highlights made to be put on our YouTube as short clips. We also may be looking towards highlights for each day and possibly as specific as each game if we get enough video editors for this, being longer than just interesting plays.
-
Writers. We are looking for people who are interested in watching games and paying close attention to detail, and keeping track of how teams are doing in the series. This is one of the more open-ended positions, as you can write about literally anything you want as long as it relates to the series, but we are looking for previews for each match(around a paragraph, nothing too long) each week, as well as power rankings each week to be done with a more structured template.
-
Stat Tracker. We need people who can either watch the games live and keep track of stats, and more specific stats such as Gold @5, etc, but we just need somoneo who can track the basic stats such as: KDA, Team gold, team turrets, team dragons, team barons, obviously recording picks/bans, game time, and individual players GPM. We would PREFER to have someone be able to DPM and Gold @5 and more specific stats, but it is not required.
-
Post-Match Discussions creator. While this very well may be the Stat Tracker, on the off chance that it will not be, we are recruiting someone to make the post match discussion posts on our subreddit. We have a template for you to follow, you just have to input the data into the template, and post the discussions within 30 minutes of the series ending.
-
Social Media Manager. We are looking for someone who can tweet about any updates regarding our organization, as well as make tweets for our amateur LCS series when games are starting/going on.
If you are interested in any of these roles, please either add me in game @TMG Cone or email us at [email protected].
