LF Silver 1-4 Duo Partner with Low Death/High Win %

Doesn't matter which lane you main. I need help ranking beyond Bronze. My game mechanics are better than Bronze. Improving decision making. Solid team fighting. Weak at carrying feeders and leavers.

I main ADC Corki with a 64% win ratio , but can play Jungle, Support, Mid, or Top (in that order) with a decent champion pool skillfully.
