Trolls

Riot you guys have a great game but that does not mean the community is great. Your tribunal isn't a very good way of punishing players since you guys are letting other players judge without them even really knowing what they are doing, I mean like honestly for all we know the people judging them could be 14 years old well anyways trolls and ragers and people who afk are ruining the game. I just got out of a lobby in a ranked game in which some guys said mid adc or feed and one of my team mates literally told the person he would gift him a skin if he didn't troll that doesn't sound good now does it. At start of season 4 all my placement matched had an afk in every game I am aware sounds like a lie but im not lying I got placed in bronze 5 because of this now it was easy to get out since I know I am not that skill level and am now gold 5. I really hate seeing trolls in the game and even now in games I see people saying things like " Report ... for..... and enemy team says why would we report if it wont even do anything. I am aware of the fact that you guys cant just change things at the point at which its perfect but why don't you guys start a team at riot who deals with punishment and make the game more strict to say.
