Need help

So real honesty here I am hard stuck platinum adc/ mid sometimes like I had 8 games streak where i Held a 4 kda or higher and lost 5 of them like I do my bets but I am seriously Hard stuck plat I cant carry myself out of plat literally I had an above 5 kfda for most of those games with a Kill Participation of 60% or higher and I still lost 5 of those 8 games and got demoted because the system doesnt care how welll how well you play. SO am looking or a team for flex queue and im not toxic with a team or anything but I really want diamond and am on break for a while so I have a pretty open schedule for the tim being And I wont be back to play until Tuesday of this week
